Enovo Return & Refund Policy
At Enovo, we aim to ensure that every customer receives high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
In-Store Purchases
When buying products from our Enovo stores in Dhaka or across Bangladesh:
Always check your product in front of our sales representative before completing your purchase.
Any issues that arise after purchase will be addressed based on the warranty terms provided with the product.
Online Orders
For products purchased online:
Notify us within 24 hours via our hotline if you receive a product with manufacturing defects or damages.
Ensure the product box is intact and the product has no scratches or signs of use. Damaged or opened products are not returnable.
If the box appears incorrect at delivery, do not open it. Using or damaging the product box will make the item non-returnable.
Product Replacement
Defective products can be replaced at our stores after evaluation by our technical specialists.
If you request replacement via delivery service, a Tk. 200/- replacement charge applies within Dhaka. For deliveries outside Dhaka, only courier charges will apply.
Products that are broken or burnt upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer if accepted from the courier.
Non-Returnable Products
Products purchased based on the website description and delivered successfully cannot be returned if they are not compatible with your device or if you change your mind.
Software and software licenses are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refund Timeline
Valid refunds will be processed within 3–10 working days, and online payments may require additional time.
Refunds for mobile financial services, online gateways, or POS payments may include applicable refund charges.
Cashbacks and Promotions
If a customer received any cashback or promotional discounts, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the refund.
Important Notice for Couriers
Customers must inspect packages carefully before accepting delivery.
Accepting a broken or damaged product from the courier is at the customer’s own risk, and no complaints will be entertained afterward.
